本应用不会将您的录音内容、实时麦克风音频或本地人声识别分析结果上传到云端服务器、第三方 AI 服务或任何外部服务进行处理。
本应用不提供语音转文字（Speech-to-Text）功能，也不会将录音转换为文本内容。
除实现本应用核心功能所必需的本地处理外，本应用不会主动收集、保存或上传您的录音内容用于云端识别、转写、模型训练或第三方分析。
如果本应用在运行过程中产生必要的基础技术信息，例如崩溃信息、错误日志、性能统计或设备运行状态，这些信息仅用于应用正常运行、故障排查和改进体验， 且不包含录音内容、实时麦克风音频或可用于识别您个人身份的音频数据。
本应用不使用第三方服务处理您的录音内容、麦克风音频或本地 AI 分析结果，也不会将上述数据发送给任何第三方 AI、云转写、日志分析或崩溃收集服务。
本应用当前不集成广告网络、第三方统计分析 SDK、第三方崩溃收集 SDK 或第三方 AI 服务。
如您的设备或系统组件提供基础功能支持，相关处理仅限于设备或系统运行所必需的范围，不用于将您的音频上传到任何第三方云服务。
除法律法规要求、保护用户或公众安全、调查欺诈或回应合法政府请求外，我们不会出售您的个人信息，也不会向任何第三方共享您的录音内容、实时麦克风音频或本地人声识别结果。
本应用不会在发送前向您请求对第三方 AI 数据共享的授权，因为本应用不会将上述数据发送给第三方。
录音内容仅保存在您的设备本地，由您自行控制、管理或删除。我们不会在服务器端保存您的录音内容。
如果本应用在运行过程中产生必要的基础技术信息，这些信息仅在实现应用功能、维护应用和排查问题所必需的时间内保留。

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Auto Sound Recorder AI (the “App”) provided by Auto Sound Recorder AI (the “service provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The App is provided as a commercial service on an “AS IS” basis.
The App requires access to your device’s microphone to enable recording and to perform on-device voice and sound-level detection so that recording can start automatically when preset conditions are met. Microphone access is used only for the following purposes:
The App uses on-device algorithms or AI models to analyze microphone input in real time in order to detect human speech and determine whether automatic recording should begin based on configured sound thresholds. This analysis is performed locally on your device only. Audio is not sent to the cloud for AI processing.
The App does not upload your recordings, live microphone audio, or on-device voice analysis results to cloud servers, third-party AI services, or any external service for processing.
The App does not provide speech-to-text transcription and does not convert recordings into text.
Except for limited local processing required to provide the App’s core functionality, the App does not actively collect, store, or upload your recordings for cloud recognition, transcription, model training, or third-party analysis.
If the App generates necessary basic technical information during operation, such as crash information, error logs, performance statistics, or device runtime status, such information is used only for normal operation, troubleshooting, and improving the App experience, and does not include recordings, live microphone audio, or audio data that can identify you personally.
The App does not use third-party services to process your recordings, microphone audio, or on-device AI analysis results, and does not send such data to any third-party AI, cloud transcription, logging, or crash collection service.
The App currently does not integrate ad networks, third-party analytics SDKs, third-party crash reporting SDKs, or third-party AI services.
If your device or system components provide basic functionality support, such processing is limited to what is necessary for device or system operation and is not used to upload your audio to any third-party cloud service.
Except where required by law, necessary to protect users or the public, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful government requests, we do not sell your personal information and do not share your recordings, live microphone audio, or on-device voice analysis results with any third party.
The App does not request your authorization before sharing such data with third-party AI services because the App does not send such data to third parties.
Recordings are stored only on your device, under your control, and you may manage or delete them yourself. We do not store your recordings on our servers.
If the App generates necessary basic technical information, such information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the App, and resolve issues.
If you would like to request deletion of personal information you may have provided, please contact us using the email below.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We value information security and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting.
